To configure SSL in Contact Optimization
1.
Open the config.xml file found in the conf directory of your Contact Optimization installation directory in a text or XML editor.
2.
Set the value of unicaServerSSLFile to the full path of the PEM file you are using. (The file that IBM® provides, unicaclient.pem, is located in the security directory of your Contact Optimization installation.)
3.
Save and close the config.xml file.
4.
Set the value of the Campaign| unicaACOListener | useSSL configuration property to yes.
5.
If you are using the Contact Optimization command-line tool ACOOptAdmin, you must edit the ACOOptAdmin.bat or ACOOptAdmin.sh file to recognize the SSL certificate by adding the following bold text.
Note that line breaks have been added to the example for print.

Use the correct path to unicaClientIdentity.jks for your installation and the correct name and password for your jks certificate. Note that the -D option is preceded by a space.
