Viewing reports
You can view the
Contact Optimization
reports from the Analysis tab of a
Contact Optimization
session.
This section provides basic information about working with reports in
Contact Optimization
. A set of
Contact Optimization
reports is generated each time the
Contact Optimization
session is run. You can choose which set of reports to view based on the run date.
1.
Click the
Analysis
tab in a
Contact Optimization
session.
The Analysis tab opens.
2.
Select the
Contact Optimization
session you want to view reports for from the
Report Run
list.
3.
Select the report that you want to view from the
Report Type
list.
The report displays.
