Adding a Rule Exception to a Min/Max # Offers capacity rule
Click the
Add a Rule exception
link in the Rule Exception area below the Rule Definition area on a capacity rule page.
This option is available after you add a time period to your capacity rule. You must save the rule before you can add, edit, or remove the exception.
You can have up to five Rule Exceptions per capacity rule.
You can view, edit, and remove Rule Exceptions from both the rule and the
Contact Optimization
session rules summary page.
When you save the rule exception, changes to the rule exception are saved regardless of your save actions for the Min/Max # Offers capacity rule. For example, you save changes to a rule exception, and then click
Cancel
on the rule definition page. Your rule exception changes are saved to the rule.
