You can use the target control spreadsheet (TCS) with
Contact Optimization. If you assign offers to cells with the
TCS and link the cells in your flowchart to the
TCS,
Contact Optimization uses the cell-offer assignments in the Optimize process.
If you are using the TCS in a
IBM® Marketing Operations campaign project, the Optimize process is enforced like any contact process box because it assigns offers. Therefore, all cells and offers used in an Optimize process must be pre-defined and approved in the
TCS before they are allowed to run in production.
