Projects can be in a temporary state, In Reconciliation. A user can use this status to reactivate a completed or canceled project, update project information, then change the state back to its previous state (completed or canceled). For example, the owner of a project can make private changes to a canceled project.

The spirit of reconciliation is that one can do anything within the project but nothing externally. That is, for the rest of the IBM® Unica® Marketing Operations system, the project is not available. For example, while a project is in reconciliation you cannot reassign tasks.
