Each object type in IBM® Unica® Marketing Operations has a set of object access roles. For projects and approvals, object access roles are also called “access levels.”
When users do their work in Marketing Operations, the system assigns them the appropriate object access role. For example, a person who creates a
project is the project owner and the users assigned to the project’s roles are the project participants.
Object roles for projects and approvals are also called access levels because project participants with the appropriate permissions can also assign object roles to participants (in addition to assigning project roles).
