The following components make up templates. Unica Marketing Operations administrators can create, add, modify, or remove components to customize templates. To access these components, go to Settings > Marketing Operations Settings > Template Configuration, located under Other Options.
Data element contained within a form. Each attribute has a specific format. See Attribute types for more information. You can group attributes and display them in either a 1- or 2-column layout on the form.
Unica Campaign metrics mapped to Unica Marketing Operations metrics for tracking and roll-up purposes if integration is enabled. Use an XML editor to create data mappings.
Small images representing the object within the Unica Marketing Operations GUI. Use image editing software to create and edit icons.
Hypertext links appearing on selected tabs. You can add custom links to external pages and programs.
The set of stages and tasks appearing in the project’s workflow tab.
Click Edit to modify the workflow. Use the Template Configuration section in the Administrative Settings to create workflow templates.

Once these components are defined and available, you can assemble them into a templates.
