The screen displays the following levels:
The first level contains a list of individual metrics templates. For the Unica examples, each program, plan, and project template has its own metrics template. In the image above, for example, the Marketing Collateral Project item is a metrics template used in the example Marketing Collateral project template.
The second level contains metrics groups. You can use groups to organize metrics within a metrics template. In the image above, the Database Marketing Campaign Programs template contains two groups, Performance and Financials.Note the metrics template also contains several un-grouped metrics, such as ProjectPurchaseRate. These are roll-up metrics: for details, see Metric rollups.
The bottom level of the hierarchy contains the individual metrics. In the image above, TotalCostPassed is a metric within the Financials group, within the Database Marketing Campaign Programs metrics template.From this screen, you can do the following:
Reorder templates, groups, or metrics by using the Move Up and Move Down buttons. Reordering groups and metrics can change the way they appear in Plan; reordering metrics templates only affects their order in the specifications XML file.
Delete templates, groups, or metrics by using the Delete button.
