To export metrics

In order to make metrics available to Unica Marketing Operations, you must export them from the Metric Editor.

1.	Open or create a specifications file in the Metric Editor.

2.	From the File menu, select Export Metrics.

3.	Enter the temporary directory (or navigate to it using the Browse button) where you save your specifications files.

Be sure to remember this directory, as you need to specify it when importing forms and metrics into Unica Marketing Operations.

4.	Select a database type and an export version from the drop-down menus.

5.	Click OK to export the forms or metrics.

Ignore any error messages, as they most likely concern the way the Metric Editor was used in prior versions of Unica Marketing Operations.
