Creating offer templates for Interact
Use offer templates to create real-time offers that contain information that is correct and consistent for the correct audience.

Follow the instructions in the Campaign Administrator's Guide with the following exceptions.

In Step 1 of 3: Metadata, select the Allow offers created from this template to be used in real-time interactions check box.

In Step 3 of 3: Default Values, define default values for Interaction Point ID and Interaction Point Name.
You can enter any integer for the IP ID default value, and any string for IP Name. The values are automatically populated with the correct data by the runtime environment; however, the design environment requires a default value.
