To add a category
Use the Interaction Channel Events tab to add a category.
1.
Click the Manage Categories icon on the Interactive Channel Events tab.
The Manage Categories dialog is displayed.

Click New to open the New Category dialog.
3.
Enter a Category Name and Description.
4.
Click OK to return to the Manage Categories dialog.
5.
Click Close to return to the Events tab or click New to add more categories.
To edit the name or description of a category, select the category in the Manage Categories dialog and click Edit.
To delete a category, select the category in the Manage Categories dialog and click Delete.
If you delete a category that contains events or event patterns, all the events and event patterns in the category are also deleted. Use the Delete button with caution.
