The configuration properties in this category define the settings for the service that collects data for the contact history staging tables.

Description

, enables the service which collects data for recording the contact history data. If
false
, no data is collected.

Description
Defines whether the data collected for contact history is kept in memory (
Memory Cache
) or in a file (
External Loader file
). You can use
External Loader File
only if you have configured
Interact
to use a database loader utility.
If you select
Memory Cache
, use the

, use the

category settings.
