Touchpoints
A touchpoint is an application or place where you can interact with a customer. A touchpoint can be a channel where the customer initiates the contact (an "inbound" interaction) or where you contact the customer (an "outbound" interaction). Common examples are web sites and call center applications. Using the

API, you can integrate
Interact
with your touchpoints to present offers to customers based on their action in the touchpoint. Touchpoints are also called client-facing systems (CFS).
