Upgrade existing interactive channels (only if upgrading from 7.5.x versions)

Interact 8.x allows table mapping in the interactive channel. This enables you to manage your user profile table mapping per interactive channel. However, you must re-map all your tables in your interactive channels before you can re-deploy your interactive channels. Immediately after completing an upgrade, your interactive flowcharts are disabled until you map your user profile tables in the interactive channel.

You can no longer map dimension tables in interactive flowchart processes. Any profile or dimension table you want to use must be mapped in the interactive channel. You can map a general table in a Snapshot process.

After you map the user profile and dimension tables in the interactive channels, you must reconfigure your interactive flowcharts to use these mapped tables.
