After a linked campaign is created from a campaign project, you must update the linked campaign any time you change the value for a field (outside the TCS) whose data gets passed to Campaign. By default, these fields are in the Campaign Summary section of the project's Summary tab. Your template creator may have created other fields on other tabs whose data also is passed to Campaign. When in doubt, consult your template creator.

You must have the Edit Campaign permission in Campaign to update the campaign.

Data in the TCS gets sent to Campaign when you publish the TCS.
