A hierarchical dimension is created in the data mart either by the Campaign system administrator or by members of your IBM® consulting team, and is an operation external to Campaign. Also note that the lowest level of the hierarchical dimension must use either raw SQL or a pureIBM® Expression (no custom macros, strategic segments, or derived fields) to define the individual elements.
