Registering eMessage manually
If the eMessage installer cannot access the Marketing Platform system tables during the installation process, you must run the configTool utility to register it manually.
By default, the Campaign installer automatically registers eMessage with the Marketing Platform system tables without enabling eMessage. In some situations, the Campaign installer does not connect with the Marketing Platform system tables to automatically register eMessage.
If the installer does not register eMessage automatically, you must register eMessage manually with the configTool utility that is provided with the IBM® EMM installation.

In the Marketing Platform installation, navigate to the tools\bin directory.
The configTool utility is in the tools\bin directory. The eMessage installation directory is a subdirectory of the Campaign installation directory.

Run the command,configTool -r eMessage -f "full_path_to_eMessage_installation_directory\conf\emessage_configuration.xml"
