Test the database configuration
1.
Select Settings > Campaign Settings.
The Campaign Settings page appears.

Select View Datasource Access.
3.
In the Database Sources dialog, select your data source name.
The data source details are displayed, including the database type and its configuration settings.

Scroll down to the StringEncoding property, and verify that the value is the same as the value you set for dataSources > StringEncoding on the Marketing Platform Configuration page.
