To change the campaign code format

To complete this task, you must have appropriate permissions to use Marketing Platform. For information, see the Marketing Platform Administrator's Guide.

When you change campaign code format, the new format applies to all new campaigns. Existing campaigns can continue to use their current codes in the previous format. However, if a user edits the campaign code, the new code must adhere to the current campaign code format.

On the Configuration page, set the campCodeFormat property in the Campaign > partitions > partition[n] > server > systemCodes category as required. Follow the formatting guidelines as described in Code formats.
