To delete a campaign
1.
On the Campaigns page, navigate to the campaign you want to delete.
2.
Select the checkbox next to the campaign you want to delete. You can select multiple campaigns to delete at one time.
3.
Click the
Delete Selected
icon.
If you attempt to delete a campaign that has associated contact or response history records, a warning message indicates that all corresponding contact and response history records will be deleted. If you need to retain the corresponding contact and response history, click
Cancel
.
4.
Click
OK
on the confirmation window.
The selected campaign is deleted.
You can also delete a campaign while viewing the campaign by clicking the
Delete
icon.
