Verify that Campaign is referencing the system tables correctly and that there is only one group of configuration entries for the system tables.

Verify that the DateFormat configuration property specifies the desired format.

Log in to Campaign as a user with administrator privileges.

In the list of IBM® system tables, verify that the date columns of the Campaign system tables have the correct format.
