Custom Attribute Definitions
Define attributes that can be used in campaigns, offers, and cells. For example:
Define a campaign attribute of Department to indicate which department in your organization is sponsoring the campaign.
Define a custom offer attribute of Interest Rate to indicate the interest rate for mortgage offers.
Define a custom cell attribute of Audience Type to store the value Cross-sell, Up-sell, or Loyalty.
Offer Template Definitions
Offer templates are required. Users cannot create an offer without basing it on a template. An offer template defines the structure of a particular type of offer.

Manage Table Mappings
Manage
user table mappings
and
system table mappings
.
Most system tables are mapped automatically during installation if you use the recommended system table data source name, UA_SYSTEM_TABLES. Important: You should only map or remap system tables when no users are using Campaign.
User tables must be mapped to an existing database table or file to make data accessible to processes in flowcharts. You can remap a user table at any time. Reasons for remapping user tables are to remove unnecessary fields, make new fields available, rename a table or fields, add an audience level, or change profiling characteristics.
View Datasource Access
View the system table database and all configured customer databases. You can select a database to see its configuration details and you can log in or out of customer databases.
Manage Dimension Hierarchies
A dimension hierarchy provides a way to group data based on value ranges. You can create any kind of hierarchy that relates to your business or campaign. Typical dimension hierarchies are time, geography, product, department, and distribution channel. Dimension hierarchies are the building blocks of cubes.
Manage Audience Levels
An audience level is a collection of identifiers that can be targeted by a campaign, such as Household, Prospect, Customer, or Account. Different audience levels enable flowchart designers to target and switch between identifiable groups. You can also scope one audience level by another (for example, to target one individual per household).
