Partition user assignment
Access to partitions is managed through membership in Marketing Platform groups. To make a user a member of a partition, you make that user a member of a group that is assigned to that partition.
With the exception of the partition superuser, each IBM® user can belong to only one partition. A user who requires access to multiple partitions must have a separate IBM® user account for each partition.
If there is only one Campaign partition, users do not have to be explicitly assigned to that partition to have access to Campaign.
