About eMessage configuration
IBM® eMessage is installed automatically when you install Campaign. However, eMessage is not configured or enabled during the Campaign installation process.
To use eMessage after you install Campaign, you must purchase a hosted email subscription. You then configure eMessage to establish a secure connection to hosted email resources that IBM® maintains as part of IBM® EMM Hosted Services. You access these email resources through a hosted email account that IBM® creates as part of your subscription.
