Configuring multiple partitions in eMessage
Installing eMessage creates a default partition for eMessage in the Marketing Platform. You can configure more partitions for eMessage. Each partition that you create for eMessage operates in conjunction with a partition created for Campaign.
*
To configure multiple partitions in eMessage you must configure corresponding partitions in Campaign.
Adding new partitions for eMessage requires making changes in the Marketing Platform configurations for eMessage and Campaign.
*
After you change the eMessage and Campaign configurations, you must restart the web application server that hosts Campaign and restart the Response and Contact Tracker (RCT). You might also need to restart the Campaign listener.
Be sure to back up your existing configurations before you make changes.
