Set environment variables for Campaign 9.x
Before you run the acUpgradeTool, edit the setenv file to set the environment variables that the upgrade tool requires.
1.
Open the setenv file in a text editor.
The file, called setenv.sh in UNIX and setenv.bat in Windows, is in the path where you installed the 9.0 upgrade tools (/tools/upgrade/8.5+To9.0).
2.
Follow the instructions in the setenv file to supply any values relevant to your installation.
Required variables are listed in the following table.
For WebLogic, you must provide the JAVA_HOME path to JDK1.6. The upgrade tool utility fails if provided with a JAVA_HOME other than JDK1.6.
For both WebLogic and WebSphere®, the path needs to include the .jar file.
Set IS_WEBLOGIC_SSL=YES, then set BEA_HOME_PATH and SSL_TRUST_KEYSTORE_FILE_PATH. See the setenv file for details.
*
To run Unicode script, set IS_UNICODE_SCRIPT = Y
*
To avoid memory errors when running the upgrade tool, specify larger Java heap memory sizes in the JAVA_OPTIONS environment variable.
