Step: Begin the startup process to integrate with eMessage
IBM® eMessage integrates with Campaign so that you can use the information in your marketing database to create, transmit, and track individually personalized marketing email messages to your customers and prospects. IBM® hosts the required email transmission and tracking resources. You manage your customer records locally with Campaign.
If you are integrating your Campaign installation with eMessage, you must contact IBM® to establish a hosted email account and configure a connection to IBM® EMM Hosted Services. IBM® works with you during the startup process that provisions the hosted email account and establishes your email marketing reputation among leading Internet Service Providers. During the startup process, you must make configuration changes in IBM® Marketing Platform and Campaign.
