IBM® EMM integrates with
IBM® Cognos® to provide reporting features. To view standard
eMessage performance reports, you must install the supported version of
IBM® Cognos® and the associated report pack for
IBM® Campaign. Standard
eMessage reports are installed as part of the
Campaign reports pack.
