Problem or error: The
Campaign process creates a zero byte stack or core file.
Solution: The
Campaign server (
unica_acsvr) uses
pstack on Solaris and
procstack on AIX to produce a stack trace. The appropriate executable must be in the
PATH variable when the Campaign server is started.
On UNIX, the Campaign server always attempts to produce a core file (depending on the cause of the crash), but
ulimit settings (configured in the Campaign listener startup script) may restrict its ability to do so. If necessary, you may increase the
ulimit setting.
