To delete a session
1.
Select
Campaign > Sessions
.
The All Sessions page appears.
2.
Open the folder that contains the session you want to delete.
Navigate through the folder structure by clicking a folder name to open it, clicking
All Sessions
to return to the All Sessions page, or clicking
Parent Folder
to open the folder that contains the currently open folder.
3.
Select the checkbox next to the session you want to delete. You can select multiple sessions to delete at one time.
4.
Click the
Delete Selected
icon.
If you attempt to delete a session that has associated contact or response history records, a warning message indicates that all corresponding contact and response history records will be deleted. If you need to retain the corresponding contact and response history, click
Cancel
.
5.
Click
OK
on the confirmation window.
The session is deleted.
