After you define the output list table (OLT) using the Source tab of the eMessage process, you must enter recipient data into the table. To add the data, perform a production run of the flowchart that contains the
eMessage process used to define the OLT.
Running the flowchart creates the output list table (OLT) in the Campaign system schema. The flowchart run populates the table with recipient IDs and other recipient-specific data, according to the mappings defined on the Output tab of the
eMessage process configuration window.
Before you run the flowchart, confirm that all mappings in the eMessage process between data sources and personalization fields are complete. You must run the entire flowchart that contains the
eMessage process, not just the
eMessage process alone.
When you run the flowchart, Campaign automatically creates and uploads the OLT to the hosted mailing environment. The OLT must be uploaded to the hosted environment to make the recipient list available for reference in a mailing.
