Problem or error: A process ID (PID) equal to -1 is persistently listed in the Campaign Server Manager (unica_svradm) status.
Solution: This may occur when a campaign exits prematurely.
To eliminate the -1 PIDs from the Server Manager status list
2. Remove or rename the unica_aclsnr.udb file.The file is located in the bin or conf directory under your Campaign installation, unless the Campaign listener is running as a Windows service. In that case, the file is located in the system32 directory.
