Before beginning to work with offer templates, you should create the custom attributes you anticipate needing.

Working with offer templates requires the appropriate permissions, including permission to view offer templates. For example, to add offer templates, you must be granted both the Add Offer Templates and View Offer Templates permissions. For information on setting permissions, see Managing Security in Campaign.
