Configuring SSL in Interaction History

1.	Log in to IBM® EMM and click Settings > Configuration.

2.	Set the value of the Interaction History \| navigation \| HTTPS Port property to the https port in the application server on which Interaction History is deployed.

3.	Set the value of the Interaction History \| navigation \| Server URL property to the Interaction History URL.

For example: https://host.domain:SSL_port/unica

host is the name or IP address of the machine on which Interaction History is installed

domain is your company domain in which your IBM® EMM products are installed

SSL_Port is the SSL port in the application server on which Interaction History is deployed

Note the https in the URL.
