The per-user locale preference
For both internal and external users, you can set the locale preference on a per-user basis. This preference setting affects the display of language, time, numbers, and dates in IBM® EMM applications.
A default setting also exists that applies throughout IBM® EMM for all users. See Sobre a Preferência de Código de Idioma do Usuário Padrão for details.
When you set this property for an individual user, the setting you apply for that user overrides the default setting.
