The properties in the Interaction History | partitions | partition[n] | CoreMetrics specify details of the data that
IBM® Digital Analytics uploads for each partition in
Interaction History.
For each partition, properties in the Interaction History | partitions | partition[n] | CoreMetrics category specify the following details:
|
The FTP server where IBM® Digital Analytics uploads data that is exported for use by Interaction History.
|
|
The IBM® Digital Analytics data that is exported for use by Interaction History.
|
The FTP Root Directory property specifies the directory on the FTP server where
IBM® Digital Analytics uploads data that is exported for use by
Interaction History.
The FTP Server property specifies the name or IP address of the FTP server where
IBM® Digital Analytics uploads data that is exported for use by
Interaction History.
The FTP Port property specifies the port on which the FTP server listens.
The Datasource UserName property must be set to the login name of the
IBM® EMM user account that has the data source that holds the credentials for the FTP server where
IBM® Digital Analytics uploads data that is exported for use by
Interaction History.
Set the value of the CoreMetrics ClientID property to the unique
IBM® Digital Analytics Client ID assigned to your company.
The Feed Name property is used internally. Do not change the value.
Set the value of the Staging Directory property to the name of a directory on the computer where
Interaction History is installed.
IBM® Digital Analytics data feed is stored in this directory temporarily during data imports.
The Cost of Contact property specifies the cost of each contact that is recorded in
IBM® Digital Analytics.
The Cost of Response property specifies the cost of each response that is recorded in
IBM® Digital Analytics.
The Default Channel property specifies the name that is given to the web channel in your
Interaction History reports. You must give the web channel the same name when you map channels on the
Interaction History Settings page.
The Audience Level Name property specifies the name that is used in
Campaign for the audience level from which contact and response history are used. Only one audience level can be used.
The Default Cell Name property specifies the name that you want to assign to the segment that contains the
IBM® Digital Analytics responses. The name is used in
Interaction History reports that filter data by segment.
The Source of Audience Mapping property indicates whether the translation table is a flat file or a database table.
The Data Source for Translation Table property specifies the name of the JDBC data source that connects to the translation table. This JDBC data source is created in the web application server where
Interaction History is deployed.
The Translation Table Name property specifies the name of the translation table that is used to translate the
IBM® Digital Analytics keys to
Campaign audience keys.
The Translation Table Auto Incremental Field property specifies the name of the column in the translation table that is of the auto increment number type.
Interaction History uses this column to determine which are the new records added in this table.
The first time the import is performed, Interaction History imports all the available data. When the
Translation Table Auto Incremental Field property is set,
Interaction History imports only the new contacts in subsequent imports. If the column is not specified, then all the records are imported every time; this might cause slow performance.
The CMRegIdColumn specifies the name of the column in the translation table that holds the
IBM® Digital Analytics registration ID.
There are five CampaignColumn[n] properties (
CampaignColumn1,
CampaignColumn2, and so on). They have corresponding properties for the equivalent columns in the translation table (
TTColumn1,
TTColumn2, and so on).
|
If your audience level in Campaign is not a compound audience level, set CampaignColumn1 to the name of the database column that holds the Campaign audience level. Set TTColumn1 to the name of the column in your translation table that holds the Campaign audience level.

There are five TTColumn[n] properties
(TTColumn1,
TTColumn2, and so on).
