Additional password requirements are set on the Configuration page. To see what they are for your installation of IBM® EMM, click the Password Rules link next to the Password field.

The same password you entered in the Password field.

The user's email address. This field must conform to email addresses as defined in RFC 821. See RFC 821 for details.

The user's UNIX™ login name, if one exists. An alternate login is typically required when the Campaign listener runs as root on a UNIX-type system.

Select ACTIVE or DISABLED from the drop-down list. ACTIVE is selected by default. Disabled users are prevented from logging in to all IBM® EMM applications.

The date in the format appropriate for your locale (for example, for en_US, the format is MM, dd, yyyy). You cannot change a user's expiration date when the system-wide expiration date is set to never expire.

When integration is enabled with IBM® Digital Analytics, and you choose to create users manually, you enter the user's IBM® Digital Analytics user name here as part of the configuration process.

The name of a data source you want the user to be able to access from an IBM® EMM application. IBM® EMM names preserve case for display purposes, but use case-insensitive rules for comparison and creation (for example, you cannot create both customer and Customer data source names). Required.

The password again (leave empty if you left the Data Source Password field empty).
