Creating a flowchart schedule using default parameters
Follow this procedure to schedule a flowchart using the default parameters.
1.
On a flowchart tab in
View
mode, click the
Run
icon and select
Schedule This
.
The Schedule flowchart dialog box opens.
2.
Complete the fields in the Schedule flowchart dialog box.
If you choose to run more than once, click
Set up Recurrences
to set up a recurrence pattern.
3.
Click
Run with this Schedule
.
When you schedule a flowchart, the scheduled task is based on the flowchart name. If the flowchart name is changed after a scheduled task is created, the scheduled task will fail.
