The per-user locale preference
For both internal and external users, you can set the locale preference on a per-user basis. This preference setting affects the display of language, time, numbers, and dates in IBM® EMM applications.>
A default setting also exists that applies throughout IBM® EMM for all users. See The default user locale preference for details.
When you set this property for an individual user, the setting you apply for that user overrides the default setting.
