Lo schema Prestazioni offerta produce le metriche della cronologia dei contatti e delle risposte per tutte le offerte e offerte per campagna. Per impostazione predefinita, lo schema è configurato per generare una vista (o tabella) di “riepilogo” per tutto l'arco di tempo. È possibile:
