When you create a dashboard, you can choose to make it available only to members of Marketing Platform groups that you choose, or you can choose to make it a global dashboard. Global dashboards can be viewed by all members of the partition to which the dashboard belongs, regardless of the group membership.

You should include portlets in global dashboards that are of interest to the widest possible range of users. For example, if you have installed Campaign, you may want to include the My Custom Bookmarks portlet, one of the pre-defined IBM® portlets.
