To reset an internal user password
1.
Click Settings > Users.
The Username list is displayed in the left pane.
2.
Click the user name you want to change.
The user account details appear in the right pane.
3.
Click the Reset Password link at the bottom of the page.
The Reset Password page for the user appears in the right pane.
4.
Enter the new password in the Password field.
When you enter a password, asterisks are displayed, rather than the actual password text.
5.
Enter the same password in the Confirm field.
6.
Click Save Changes to save your changes.
A window displays the message, Password Reset Successful.
7.
Click OK.
The user account details appear in the right pane.

When user passwords are reset, users are prompted to change their password the next time they log in to an IBM® Unica Marketing application.
