Permission	Description
Schedule ETL Jobs	Allows a user to schedule Interaction History ETL jobs and report generation on the Interaction History Settings page.
Define Mapping for Custom Columns	Allows a user to access the Campaign Audience Level Configurations window when configuring a Campaign ETL job on the Interaction History Settings page.
Define and Map Channels	Allows a user to access the Channel Mapping section on the Interaction History Settings page.
Define and Map Response Types	Allows a user to access the Response Type Mapping section on the Interaction History Settings page.
View Cross-Channel Reports	Allows a user to view reports that are part of the Interaction History reports pack.
View Admin Reports	Allows a user to view Interaction History administration reports.
