Campaign requirement

Before you install Contact Optimization, you must install and configure Campaign.

For installations on UNIX™, you might need to set the Djava.awt.headless property for your web application server to true in your application server. This setting is required only when you are unable to view Contact Optimization reports. See the IBM® Campaign Installation Guide for details.

You do not need to prepare any additional data sources because Contact Optimization uses the Campaign system tables data source.
