Open the ACOOptAdmin.sh (UNIX™) or ACOOptAdmin.bat (Windows™) file located in the bin directory under your Contact Optimization installation directory for editing.

Find JAVA_HOME and replace [Change Me] with the path to the Java™ directory used by your web application server.
