Step: Verify your Contact Optimization installation
To verify that Contact Optimization is installed correctly, log on to the IBM® EMM and confirm that you can access Campaign > Contact Optimizations .
Selecting Optimizations from the menu opens the All Contact Optimization Sessions page where you can manage your Contact Optimization sessions.
After you install Contact Optimization, the Optimize process is available in Campaign for you to use when you are building Campaign batch flowcharts.
You might need to log out and log on to the IBM® EMM after you map the Contact Optimization tables to show Campaign > Contact Optimizations .
