About upgrading Contact Optimization
Before you upgrade from any version of Contact Optimization, be sure that you read and understand following information.

Review the introductory section Upgrade prerequisites for all IBM EMM products, which contains important information about upgrading all IBM® EMM products.

Read the following topics, to understand what you must do to upgrade from your current software to the new version of Contact Optimization.

As part of the upgrade process, you need to stop and restart the Contact Optimization listener.
