To use an offer list in an optimization rule
Use offer lists in optimization rules to apply a single rule to more than one offer.
1.
Click Offer in the Rule Definition section on an optimization rules page.
A blank field and Select button displays.
2.
Click Select.
The Select Offers window displays.
3.
Select an offer list.
Offer lists are identified by an icon with a picture of multiple offers . Smart offer list icons include a magnifying glass .
4.
Click Accept and Close.
The offer list populates the Offer field. Contact Optimization applies the constraints of the offer list when you run your Contact Optimization session.
