You can either set these parameters globally or per Optimize session. The global settings are configuration parameters available on the Configurations page in the Campaign | partitions | partition[n] | Optimize | AlgorithmTuning category. The Optimize session-level parameters are available as Advanced Settings on the Optimize session Summary tab.

Fine-tuning these sessions is an iterative process. The tuning process is dependent on your particular environment, including hardware type and configuration, your data set, and your optimization rules. The following sections provide guidelines to follow when tuning your Optimize performance.
