Campaign uses an ActiveX control for flowcharts and administration functions. This flowchart automatically downloads when needed. The recommended security setting for the Internet Explorer browser is medium-low for local intranet. Specifically, the client browser must have the following options enabled:

The browser should not cache pages. In Internet Explorer, select Tools > Internet Options > General > Browsing History > Settings and choose the option that causes the browser to check for a newer version of the page on each visit.

If software to block pop-up ad windows is installed on the client machine, Campaign might not function properly. For best results, disable the software to block pop-up ad windows while running Campaign.
